📦 Where We Ship

We currently deliver across India to most pin codes.
If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you and issue a full refund immediately.

⏱️ Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days

No dispatches on Sundays or public holidays

Once shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking details

🚚 Estimated Delivery Timelines

Delhi NCR: 2–3 business days

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

Other Regions: 4–7 business days

Note: During festivals or unforeseen courier delays, delivery times may be slightly extended.

💸 Shipping Charges

Flat Shipping Fee: ₹49 on all orders

💰 Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across India for added convenience.

COD Terms:

COD Fee: ₹30 (in addition to shipping, if applicable)

Please ensure availability at the address to receive the order

Repeated refusals of COD orders may lead to temporary suspension of COD option for your account.

🔄 Order Cancellations

You can request a cancellation within 6 hours of placing your order, or before the order is shipped — whichever comes first.

To cancel, email us at 📧 vimoranaturals@gmail.com with your order number and subject line: “Order Cancellation Request”.

If your order has not been shipped, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.

If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may refer to our [Return Policy].

🛑 Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please double-check your address and contact details during checkout.

If an order fails due to:

Incorrect address

Unreachable phone number

Refusal to accept the package

It will be returned to us, and re-shipping may incur additional fees.
