We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

✅ Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

*The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging

*Must be in the same condition as delivered

*You must have a valid proof of purchase

⚠️ Opened or used products (like Moringa Powder or Chia Seeds) cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.

If your return is approved, we will:
Share the return shipping address
Provide further instructions

📦 Please do not send any item without getting return approval first. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

🔄 Damaged, Wrong, or Defective Items

If your product is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately after delivery. We’ll evaluate the issue and offer a replacement or refund as applicable.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

*Custom or bulk orders

🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please place a new order after your eligible return is processed.

💰 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
